We are not a Travel Agency. This site is not registered as such a firm. Although we can work with travel agencies to help secure the best vacations for you, it is our intent to be considered more of a referral based clearing house.

In other words, the information we can provide you is more of a personal, one on one, assistance.  We provide the information, in greater detail than what an agency would provide and probably from anywhere else you may search. If you've ever met a Tico on a plane or here in Costa Rica or in your hometown, you know how friendly they are.  Say you met one on the plane here as I just did on my latest trip and the Tico offered you to visit their home for a coffee, they mean it, to be friendly, to be a friend.  Nothing else.  Same with us here at Tico Charlie. 

Our goal, is to meet and make a new friend. You or Ustedes!

Yes.  You can join all  of the Facebook groups, search TripAdvisor, search the internet, and ask your friends who have traveled to Costa Rica, where and what you should do. Or, you spend an hour with us and we  respond with an agenda of information we feel would work for your trip. Saving  you time, saving you confusion, probably save you money but most importantly, offering you the information you need to not only enjoy your trip safely, but to fall in love with the people and nature of Costa Rica.
